LEGAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
AAA Business Consultancy provides consultancy, coordination, documentation assistance, and administrative support services only. The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Where required, regulated legal services, application submissions, appeals, resubmissions, legal reviews, or legal representation may be provided by independent licensed lawyers, authorized professionals, or third-party partners.
The Company shall always be fully protected from any claims arising from immigration outcomes, government decisions, delays, refusals, or third-party actions.
The Client acknowledges that all services provided are advisory, coordination-based, and administrative in nature only.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking a consultation, purchasing a package, accepting an invoice, making a payment, signing an agreement, submitting documents, or using any service provided by AAA Business Consultancy L.L.C. (“the Company”), the Client confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Service Policy, and Privacy Policy.
The Client agrees that electronic signatures, online acceptances, email confirmations, WhatsApp confirmations, invoice payments, website submissions, and any digital communications shall be considered valid, binding, and legally equivalent to written signature acceptance.
These Terms apply to all services, packages, consultations, quotations, invoices, applications, and transactions provided by the Company
2. COMPANY SERVICES
AAA Business Consultancy provides:
- Immigration Consultancy
- Visa Consultancy
- Residency Consultancy
- Documentation Review
- Eligibility Assessment
- Case Preparation Guidance
- Application Coordination Support
- Administrative Assistance
- Relocation Assistance
- Professional Consultancy Services
The Company provides consultancy, guidance, support, coordination, and assistance services only.
The Company does NOT issue visas, residence permits, approvals, or government decisions.
The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation before courts, embassies, consulates, municipalities, or government authorities.
Any information, guidance, assessment, opinion, recommendation, or eligibility review shall not be considered legal advice.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any immigration outcome, refusal, delay, rejection, or decision made by any authority.
3. INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Company may introduce, recommend, coordinate with, or facilitate communication with independent third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- Lawyers
- Legal Professionals
- Translators
- Sworn Translators
- Universities
- Educational Institutions
- Credential Evaluation Providers
- Insurance Providers
- Government Service Providers
- Apostille Providers
- Notary Providers
- Immigration Specialists
- External Consultants
Such providers operate independently from the Company and maintain their own fees, timelines, requirements, policies, obligations, and professional responsibilities.
The Company does not directly perform:
- Legal Representation
- Legal Submissions
- Appeals
- Resubmissions
- University Admissions
- Credential Evaluations
- Sworn Translations
- Insurance Services
- Notarization Services
- Apostille Services
- Government Processing Services
The Company shall not be liable for any actions, omissions, delays, or decisions made by any third-party provider.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- Visa approval is not guaranteed.
- Residency approval is not guaranteed.
- Appointment availability is not guaranteed.
- Processing timelines are estimates only.
- Government decisions remain outside the Company’s control.
Any consultation, recommendation, assessment, opinion, estimate, eligibility review, success probability, or guidance provided by the Company shall not constitute a guarantee or promise of any specific outcome.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
- Provide complete information.
- Provide accurate information.
- Provide truthful information.
- Provide valid documentation.
- Submit documents within required deadlines.
- Cooperate fully throughout the process.
- Attend required appointments.
- Respond promptly to requests.
- Notify the Company of any material changes.
Applications may be delayed, suspended, refused, rejected, or negatively affected due to:
- Missing documents.
- Incomplete documentation.
- Expired documents.
- Insufficient supporting evidence.
- Failure to provide required information.
- Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements.
- Failure to provide accommodation evidence.
- Failure to provide financial evidence.
- Failure to provide insurance evidence.
- Failure to provide relationship evidence.
- Failure to attend appointments.
- Failure to cooperate.
- Delayed responses.
- Incorrect information.
- Misleading information.
- False declarations.
- Forged documents.
- Fraudulent documents.
- Unverifiable information.
The Company shall not be responsible for outcomes arising from such circumstances.
6. COMPANY RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICES
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, discontinue, or terminate services immediately where it reasonably believes that:
- False information has been provided.
- Misleading information has been provided.
- Fraudulent information has been provided.
- Documents have been altered.
- Documents have been manipulated.
- Documents are forged.
- Material facts have been withheld.
- The Client is acting abusively.
- The Client is acting dishonestly.
- The Client is acting unlawfully.
In such cases, fees paid may become non-refundable, and the Company shall have no further obligation.
7. PACKAGE STRUCTURE
Package 1
Spain Schengen Tourist Visa Package
Package 2
Residency Full Processing Package
Package 3
Relocation Assitstance Administrative Package
Package 4
Premium Full Package
Package descriptions published on the Company’s website, invoices, quotations, or service agreements form part of these Terms & Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue packages without prior notice, except for already paid services.
8. REFUND POLICY
Package 1
STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
Services commence immediately after payment.
No refund shall be issued.
Package 2
Residency Consultancy & Processing Coordination Package
Eligible for up to 50% Refund Guarantee subject to all conditions below.
Refund consideration applies only where:
- An official refusal is issued.
- The Client fully cooperated.
- All requested documents were provided.
- All instructions were followed.
- No false information was provided.
- No misleading information was provided.
- No fraudulent documentation was provided.
Refund eligibility shall automatically be forfeited if:
- Documents are missing.
- Documents are incomplete.
- Supporting evidence is insufficient.
- Eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
- The Client fails to cooperate.
- The Client fails to attend appointments.
- False information is provided.
- Misleading information is provided.
- Fraudulent documents are provided.
- Required documents cannot be provided.
Refunds, where approved, shall be processed only after deduction of any completed consultancy services, administrative work, third-party expenses, transaction fees, and costs already incurred by the Company.
Package 3
Relocation & Administrative Assistance Package
STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
Services commence immediately upon activation.
Completed services remain non-refundable.
Package 4
Premium Package
Includes Package 2 and Package 3 services.
Package 3 remains non-refundable.
Package 2 refund conditions apply.
Maximum refund eligibility remains subject to the Company’s 50% Refund Guarantee Policy.
Any approved refund will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of refund approval, This is for packages which are eligible for refund.
9. CASE INACTIVITY
If the Client fails to respond, provide documents, or cooperate for a prolonged period, the Company may classify the case as inactive and close the file without refund or liability.
Reactivation may require additional fees.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Visa refusals or delays
- Residency refusals
- Government decisions
- Appointment shortages
- Policy or legal changes
- Financial, travel, or business losses
- Third-party failures
- Indirect or consequential damages
The Client assumes full responsibility for all risks.
11. PAYMENT POLICY
Payment confirms acceptance of:
- Terms & Conditions
- Refund Policy
- Service Policy
- Privacy Policy
All invoices become binding once payment has been received.
The Company reserves the right to modify future pricing, services, packages, and policies without notice.
Previously confirmed and paid services shall not be affected. The Company reserves the right to suspend services in case of disputes or chargebacks.
12. COMMUNICATION POLICY
All communication via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or official channels is legally valid and binding.
The Company is not responsible for missed messages due to client negligence or incorrect contact details.
13. NON-INCLUDED COSTS
The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to the Company for the specific service purchased.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Government Fees
- Embassy Fees
- Consular Fees
- Immigration Fees
- Translation Fees
- Sworn Translation Fees
- Insurance Fees
- Appointment Fees
- Courier Fees
- Banking Charges
- Apostille Fees
- Notary Fees
- Credential Evaluation Fees
- University Fees
- Third-Party Service Fees
- External Service Provider Costs
All such costs remain payable by the Client.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid.
The Company shall remain fully protected under all remaining provisions.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by:
- Government policy changes
- Immigration law changes
- Embassy closures
- Natural disasters
- Political events
- Public health emergencies
- System failures
- Third-party interruptions
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

By proceeding with any consultation, booking, invoice, payment, package purchase, application, or service request, the Client confirms full acceptance of:
